The Arizona Brewing Company was founded on May 6, 1933 by two brothers, Martin and Herman Fenster. Austrian-born Oskar Scholz, former brewery at the world-famous Pilsen Brewery with 33 years experience. Their brewery was located in downtown Phoenix. Aspen Beverage Investments, LLC lead by seasoned Beverage Industry veteran Mr. Rivers purchased A-1 Beer/Arizona Brewing Company EST. 1933 and began a long process to bring the once famed A-1 Pilsner Beer back to its Original Arizona roots.
