Drake’s Sandwich Shop

Drake’s Sandwich Shop opened in 1935 and was owned and run by Truman Tibbals. Drake's Sandwich Shop was known for its limeade, tasty sandwiches, tea, and candy. Loyal customers consisted of the Ann Arbor police, college students, and everyone else in between. Drake's closed in 1993, shortly before Truman's death.
