Shady Grove

Shady Grove was an Austin icon opened in 1992, serving a Southwestern-tinged fare such as green chili cheeseburgers, queso, tacos, and more. It was best known for hosting free live music every Thursday during the summer and having strong margaritas. Shady Grove closed in 2020 after 28 years in business.
