Skooby’s was a small, popular walk-up hot dog stand located under a movie theater marquee on Hollywood Boulevard. Skooby’s served fresh hot dogs, lemonade, and french fries with what some may consider the best aioli. Skooby's closed in 2016, and ownership has transitioned into a new concept called Cre8 Crepes.
