The Spectrum was an indoor arena in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The arena opened in 1967 and was home to the Philadelphia Flyers and Philadelphia 76ers. The Spectrum was one of the first sports arenas to have a scoreboard, with a messageboard. The final event at the Spectrum was a Pearl Jam concert in 2009. The Spectrum arena would be demolished sometime between late 2010 and early 2011.
